XS engine isn’t working

Dear All,

I would like to share a solution to an issue happened with me in XS engine when I was trying to open on https://linuxIP:4300 is not working as below :

and all services on HANA studio is working

The solution to this error was:

reset hana database enter on server using putty and switch user to ndbadm and write ./HDB restart .

and I wish the document help you to solve this problem .
