Where SAP has released note for UAN

2062996 - Universal Account Number ( UAN ) for EPF

Symptom

EPFO has launched a Universal Account Number (UAN) driven Member Portal . This number is intended to provide a number of facilities to its members through a single window. In SAP a place holder is required to store the Universal Account number and same needs to be displayed in ESS for employee.

Solution

Changes have been made to ensure that the requirement imentioned above in the symptom is delivered. A new sub sype 08 ( Universal Account Number ) has been created in for Infotype 185.

Apply the relevant HRSP pack to acquire the changes. Alternative apply the attached correction instruction followed by mannual instructions attached with this SAP Note.

Manual Step's as SAP note:

1. Create a new entry in table V_T5R05 with following values .

IC: 08

Description : Universal Account Number

And save the same

2. New entry 408 needs to be maintained for Molga 40 -> in Feature P0185, as shown below :

3. Following Changes needs to be done in View V_T588M

4. Make a new entry in message Class HRPADIN01, as shown below

5. For HR-Renewal Make new entry in View V_T7XSSPERSUBTY
