Adaptive Commerce: The New Marketing Model for CSPs

In a market with constant and dynamic changes, communication services providers (CSPs) must continually reassess their commerce models to streamline operations and build greater agility. The right model will enable them to stay at the forefront of innovation and keep them top of mind with customers who want the next big thing now – not in years or even weeks, but right now.

To be able to monetize new opportunities and expand product lines quickly, a reduced time to market is imperative – and it must be efficient and cost effective.

• Create product catalogs that are targeted to local markets, with product images and video content tailored to the consumers in the region

• Build, refine, and apply merchandising programs that work locally and reflect the  buying habits of the consumers in the targeted area

In addition, an adaptive commerce platform can help CSPs master the complexity of multisite, multichannel communication strategies with up-to-date, accurate, and consistent data – regardless of how many countries are involved in the mix of services.
