Webinar Wrap Up Report // Incentives, Evaluations & Social Interactions in Corporate Learning

Over the last 2 days SAP Education and TBR have been conducting a series of webcasts highlighting the 3 important elements to build out a highly evolved corporate learning strategy. Patrick Heffernan (@TBR_PatrickH), Principal Analyst at TBR shared insights into the research he’s conducted over the last couple of months and shared unique stories as they work through the various facets of building and deploying a corporate learning program.

Here are a couple of key takeaways from the session:

1. Content and relevancy are the fuel behind smart, effective incentives

2. Evaluations are moving beyond a simple post-course questionnaire; big data and analytics are shaping learning programs today.

3. The social interactions within a learning program are not only represented in face to face classroom time, but also demonstrated in cutting edge, cloud learning tools such as SAP Learning Hub
