Yesterday Sefaz Goiás ( region 52 ) changed the URL of the cancellation event in the production system, so if you issue NF-e in this region you need to adjust the URL in the respective communication channel if you haven’t done it yet.
The new URL for region 52 production system is https://nfe.sefaz.go.gov.br/nfe/services/v2/RecepcaoEvento?wsdl

A URL com o nome NFeRecepcaoEvento foi desativada do ambiente de produção na data de hoje.
Dessa forma, deve-se utilizar a URL do WS de Evento de Cancelamento listada abaixo, disponível para consulta no Portal Nacional:
