Is it correct that XI "1.0" was some previously bought software?

Nice blog. When does the extended support for PI 7.0 ends?

As per PAM there is no Extended Maintenance for PI 7.0. Also as per note 1648480 - Maintenance for SAP Business Suite 7 Software, there will be no Extended Maintenance for the Java side products. Maintenance for 7.0 runs until the end of 2017.

      Great Mark,

This is a question that PI developers usually receive of the clients.

I only miss PI 7.01 and PI 7.02, although may be they are not considered as releases, are they?

      Regards.

      Hi Iñaki,

The 7.01, 7.02 and 7.03 releases are Enhancement Packs for NW 7.0. There was no change to the PI release for any of these so I haven't listed these in the blog.

      Regards
      Mark

      Hi Mark,

Then, these are not the same cases that PI 7.11 and PI 7.31?

      Hi Iñaki,

Correct. The 7.11 and 7.31 releases brought considerable changes in the PI functionality but the 7.0x releases there was no change on the PI side.

      Regards

      Mark

Thanks for the history lesson.  Trying to clean this timeline from the Product Availability Matrix was painful at best
