SuccessConnect Las Vegas and Amsterdam. See you there.
I have not been as active on the blog and in social media as I would have liked to have been this year, so let me break the drought with a plug for my session at SuccessConnect. Nothing like being direct.
The agenda is looking great, lots of sessions, customer presentations and so on. The customer line up is excellent. Timken is a particular favourite of mine, but there are many others, spanning the product portfolio.
I’ll be having various customer, prospect and partner meetings at the event, so if you would like to meet up, drop a mail to michaela (dot) schilling (at) sap (dot) com. I have limited meeting slots, but I’ll try and see as many folks as I can.
The future of the total workforce:
For decades, HR has focused on employees. But today, your top talent might not be on your payroll, and your biggest legal risks may lurk in the contingent workforce. Globalization and changing workforce demographics mean that HR can no longer focus on just the people on the payroll. This session will explore SAP’s strategy for the total workforce, explaining why SAP acquired Fieldglass and what’s ahead for total workforce management.
I’m going to focus on:
Our strategy for globalization
Why SAP acquired Fieldglass and what this means for Successfactors and HR.
I aim to surf the line between corporate speech and off the wall rambling, but hopefully it will give you a sense of where we are headed with the products.
I look forward to catching up with old and new customers, partners and reprobates.
In Vegas the talk will be on the 11th of September at 11.30am
I would strongly suggest that if you want to get an update on what is cooking the EC kitchen you attend Murali’s session.
