We have released today a new note to deal with the service status for Bahia and Paraná states as they are using different web services. Please check SAP Note 2055699 - NFE web service definitions for some regions do not comply with Brazilian government ....
With this, you should be able to communicate correctly with SEFAZ from BA and PR.
