It’s been a few weeks since my last post. With all that’s going on around Experience SAP, it’s easy to lose track of time. So let me quickly bring you up to speed. Right now, the main attraction is Sport Runs SAP. I’m not sure if it’s the desire to match Jenson’s lap or the fact that there’s a priority F1 parking space for the winner but the competition between colleagues to reach the top of our leader board is fierce.

Away from the track, our Family and Friends Saturdays have also proved to be a huge success. You’ve only got to look at the entries to our London Zoo competition, to see how today’s young minds care about the world, and how they plan to make it a better place to live.

And while we’re on the subject of inspiring the next generation, we were privileged to welcome the winners of the Digital Girl Awards last week. These inspiring individuals joined us for a full day of technology and fun at Experience SAP. If they’re anything to go by, the future of technology looks very bright indeed.

Finally, as Experience SAP Centre Manager, I’d like to leave you with an observation of my own – it never ceases to amaze me how new ideas generate fresh opportunities. The diversity of SAP and the possibilities on offer are endless – from what we can do now in ‘Business Runs SAP’ to the seemingly impossible in ‘Future Runs SAP’.  And it doesn’t stop there. Recently, I’ve also seen how SAP analytics is transforming the world of equestrian sport – allowing eventers to ride with increased efficiently and audiences to participate in judging the dressage. Now here’s a thought. How could we bring horse riding into Experience SAP? If you’ve got a curious mind, you can see more here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ri4P-sSqAzc#t
