Also worth highlighting is preconference training available from the SuccessAcademy on Tuesday September 9, 2014:

  • Through discussion, demonstration, and hands-on computer lab work, this course on SuccessFactors Workforce Planning and Analytics uses the concepts and terminology associated with SuccessFactors Analytics admin functionality, and helps develop a working knowledge of user and role access options to best disseminate human resource centric analytical information to the business.  In the course, you will gain skills in how to design security roles for different HR and business users. Workforce Analytics will be covered in the first half of the session, and customers also utilizing Workforce Planning should attend the second half of the session.

  • There’s also a great workshop covering Online Report Designer (ORD), providing an overview of how to use the ORD to build queries and create pivots. This data may be used in published data reports and format list reports, pivot tables, and pivot charts. Additionally, you will be able to share reports with end users and help end users export reports, use actionable analytics, and distribute reports.
