1.SAP HANA Platform
SAP HANA, short for "High-Performance Analytic Appliance" is an in-memory, column-oriented, relational database management system developed and marketed by SAP AG.It runs massively parallel, thus exploiting the maximum out of multi core processors and subsequently enabling very fast query execution. SAP HANA is deployable as an on-premise appliance, or in the cloud. It is a revolutionary platform that’s best suited for performing real-time analytics, and developing and deploying real-time applications. At the core of this real-time data platform is the SAP HANA database which is fundamentally different than any other database engine in the market today (figure 1).
There are basically two types of database management systems in the market one typically good at transactional workloads and other for analytical workloads. When transactional DBMS products are used for analytical workloads, they require you to separate your workloads into different databases (OLAP and OLTP). You have to extract data from your transactional system (ERP), transform that data for reporting, and load it into a reporting database (BW). The reporting database still requires significant effort in creating and maintaining tuning structures such as aggregates and indexes to provide even moderate performance.
SAP HANA is having hybrid structure for processing transactional workloads and analytical workloads fully in-memory, so it is having best of both the type.

SAP HANA Cloud Integration facilitates the integration of business processes and data across on-premise and cloud applications. Process integration capabilities allow you to integrate business processes spanning different companies, organizations, or departments within an organization. Data integration capabilities allow you to efficiently and securely use ETL (extract, transform, load) tasks to move data between on-premises systems and the cloud.
SAP HANA Cloud Integration is SAP’s cloud middleware technology that can be purchased on a subscription basis. It is used by many of SAP’s cloud applications. The prepackaged integration content delivered by SAP Cloud for Customer leverages the process integration capabilities.

2 to 16 gb of ram, storage for structure or unstructured data, bandwidth on your account ,services that reside as service on your account for exapmple portal,gateway as a dervice or sap mobile platform cloud version .
- b.Users : Each account also host Users that are allowed to work in account for starting stopping and deploy applications etc
- c.Applications : Applications which can be run in the account
- d.Data : Written by the application in the account
- e.Configuration : Authorization and configurations for the applications
Every account is assigned to a datacenter
Every Account is fully isolated so that only one user can access the account and no one else

SAP Net weaver Process Integration or SAP Net weaver Process Orchestration

Which one to use between SAP HCI or SAP PI while integrating SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) with ERP
SAP NetWeaver Process Integration is recommended anytime you already use NW PI. If you have the skillset and you are using NW PI already, then the cloud application becomes another end-point for NW PI. All the prepackaged integration content, including ESR content, can be downloaded from the service marketplace.
HCI is recommended for all customers who are not using NW PI/PO
