2) Indian Traditional Start  : Lamp Lightening Ceremony

The event began with Lamp Lightening Ceremony. For those who are not aware of this ceremony, it plays a vital role in Indian Culture. The lamp here signifies knowledge and as we enlighten the lamp and as it illuminates we are pushing the ignorance and imprudence away and gaining the wisdom and knowledge in our thoughts.

Few speakers who came from different parts of India to deliver the sessions at SIT Noida. All the sessions were exemplary but based on the votes by the participants Top 3 speakers from each track were selected and were felicitated by Mementos & Medals.

Our sponsor Amity University was kind enough to give a gift to every speaker at the end of the session each session.

The participants presented a knowledge “rich”agenda, (9 days before the actual event) we shared the agenda , We are happy to hear people calling this as mini d-code ( Formerly SAP Tech Ed).

Sharing close to 30 hours of sessions which included topics on SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, SAP Mobile and SAP Basis as mentioned in the below blog.

6) Lucky draw:

Apart from the medallions and mementos to the organizers and speakers, you might wonder what it is in for the participant in addition to the sumptuous lunch and informative sessions. It is not just an event where you gather knowledge but also if you are lucky you can go home with surprise gifts. Anchoring the entire prize distribution ceremony for the topic speakers, volunteers, organizers and the lucky pot was honored by Mahesh Kumar CV. Lucky participants were given a medal by conducting a lucky draw to spread the joy of sharing and happiness.

8) Mementos & Medals

  • To Speakers:
    • As the motto goes, “Learn, Share and grow”. All the Organizers and speakers were given a memento by the organizers in recognition to their willingness to share the knowledge and help us win together as a community and to carry forward our community spirit.

  • To Organizers:
    • Being a community driven event, organizing is one of the challenges. Especially with 135+ participants. The community has acknowledged the organizers efforts with a friendly gesture with mementos like these.
