SAP runs a program called “Customer Connection” that allows customers to suggest improvement ideas for existing SAP products. SAP CRM has participated in the Customer Connection program for the past 5 years. The most recent round of enhancements, delivered in July 2014 were specifically focused on usability improvements for the CRM WebClient framework.
