SAP TEM Business Event Location Switch

When we want to create course with/without Resources, we must complete some information/field about course. For example, complete information about the Course Location is mandatory and in the standard system, the switch is active. In such a situation when you want to save the course date, you receive this error and until this error is exist, you will not be able to save your data.

Fill in all required entry fields!

If you need to be Course Item an optional item, So you can take the following steps to change this setting:

• You can use T-Code sm30,

• In the maintain view you activate or deactivate the switch ORT depending on whether or not you want to use business event locations.
  • The value 1 activates it
  • The value 0 deactivates it.
