This is another simple piece of configuration.  The concept is the system transfers the apportionment reason together with the costs of sales from the results analysis.  In results analysis it can be used to write the costs of sales into other line IDs.  While I confess, that when it comes to results analysis, I know very little.  What is important is that you can use this piece of configuration to help your finance friends :smile: .

In the IMG, you can find your way to this configuration using the path: Plant Maintenance and Customer Service --> Maintenance and Service Processing --> Basic Settings --> Quotation Creation and Billing for Service Orders --> Define Apportionment Reasons

I entered in a couple of sample reasons.  Out of the box, SAP doesn't provide any values.  You can set any reason and description that is appropriate.
