SAP Customer Connection Program – Only 60 Days Left to Submit SAP MM & SD Joint Process improvement requests for functionality which you have been waiting for!

Currently we are running the Customer Connection Program in SAP, and I would like to have you – our customers – to be part of our brain for innovation and improvement!

Customer Connection is directed at incrementally enhancing and improving products and solutions in mainstream maintenance. It offers you, our customers, the opportunity to suggest small enhancements and improvements to those products and solutions (“Improvement Requests”). The Improvement Requests selected for development will be delivered through SAP support notes or support packages.

      A wonderful idea to listen to the customers.

      I just wonder why you limit this to a certain time and why one has to sign-up again in a different web page  to participate.

      You have the best medium ever: SCN

      Just collect the ideas as comments to this blog, nothing is easier than that. You even could get immediate feedback from other user if they share this idea or not   via the likes or additional comments.

      Many comments increase the visibility of your blog and you could even get more ideas this way.

      Don't use SCN just as a billboard, use it in a way it is made for: Collaboration

      Hello Jurgen,

      Thank you so much for the great suggestion! Currently the customer connection program team for Product & Innovation is running this initiative, thus they have a dedicated webpage for all communication. As for the timeline, this project rotates between different products (previously it was for SRM), thus it has a short and concise schedule for collection, development, and delivery. Nevertheless, I agree with you regarding using SCN as a collaboration platofrm, and I will definetly bring this to the Customer Connection Program as part of the continuous improvement plan!
