The Flexible Work Scheduling with clear communication to my manger, my team, helps me to manage my work and life to near perfection.
Me and My Daughter travel to Pune alternate weekends and I work from home one day so that Prisha can get some additional time with her mother ad 3 day flight trip can be utilized better. To me this is one best possible utilization of Work from Home Policy.
One day one of my ex classmates asked “How are you managing this? Why dont you get some family support ?”, My answer was , Offcourse I have the family support, the SAP Family supports me…..
Above all kudos to my daughter, this wont be possible if she had not grown up so fast 🙂
