On July 3rd 2014, the Israel SAP User Group (ISUG) conference was held in Tel Aviv, with over 1000 participants and speakers from various industries and line of businesses. There was a great balance of new and returning attendees that enjoyed impressive presentations and speakers with good food. Here is a short highlights clip.
Stavit Navon, SAP Israel Managing Director, opened the event, talking about celebrating customers’ success. In last year’s event, Stavit Navon talked about SAP strategy, encouraging customers to use SAP innovation (Design thinking, Real time, RDS etc), and now, one year later, she mentions that we can already see how this vision has turned into a reality, with more and more customers joining SAP cloud solutions.
After the opening session, participants joined one of the five tracks:
- Business Analytics
- Business Applications
- SAP – The Cloud Company
- Database & Technology Mobility, User Experience
- Innovation
SCN representatives were presented at SAP booth, and it was an exciting day. We had the chance to meet some of our community members, introduce SCN to new SAP users and encourage them to become active members.
We also registered a few new members to SCN. This is me, registering one of the participants to SCN:
It was a very successful event for SAP and SCN. People were thrilled to learn about the community, and active members were happy to meet in person some of the faces behind the SCN profile and blog posts.
