Hi All,

I have read the SFC related chapters from the SAP Press book about production planning. I thought, that I’ll make a visual summary about the contect and expand the illustration of the process.

Through this, I hope you can better identify the Shop Floor Control within the production planning.

    even some pictures are telling more than a thousand words, a blog should have some words, at least for the search engine

    Hi Dora

    thank you for your efforts to visualize discrete vs repetitive vs process manufacturing. Beware, there is a tough crowd here that measure these efforts with two-star ratings. Not sure why people do that, but I am sure (or not) that they contribute a lot to this community and therefore win the right to be so judgmental.

    keep on going… this is great stuff!

    This pic is really nice and should be quite useful in my daily work.  I’d like to print it out and put it on my desk.   But some words cannot be displayed clearly.  Do you have a pic with higher quality?

    Hi Nancy,

    I supose I uploaded the best quality document. Unfortunately when I converted the document from Mindmap it lost from the quality… Maybe I can try to export in an other file format, like .pdf.
