We want to highlight some of SAP colleagues that are behind of TOP viewed  KBA’s and  SCN articles.

This new section is starting with Dolores Correa who is one of the most well-known people at Product Support working on Solution Manager component. .

Dolores  has been working for SAP since 1999. She started as a Basis consultant in SAP Spain and was transferred to Product Support GSC Spain in 2006.

She’s  an expert Support consultant in Solution Manager area, providing support mainly in Incident management and Change Request Management components.
