Excel Add-In or Mobile App not Working after Upgrade?
As part of our continuing commitment to security, we’ve rolled out some improvements to prevent Cross Site Request Forgery (XSRF) in the May 2014 release of SAP Cloud products–including SAP Cloud for Customer.
What does this mean for you?
Well, if you’ve noticed your existing version of the Microsoft Excel add-in isn’t working, or if your older versions of the mobile apps are no longer connecting to your system since your upgrade, these security improvements may be the root cause.
How do you fix this?
Simple, just install the lastest versions of the apps or add-in and you’ll be able to continue working with them securely, as before.
