Leave Encashment Rule

This is a very simple document to calculate Leave Encashment based on one day Basic Salary.

1. The first Step is to design the PCR. My requirement was Leave Encashment = No. of Leave Days X One day basic. Eg., If leave encashment has to be done on 120 Days, and one day basic is Rs. 1000, then it will go as  120 X 1000 = Rs. 120000.

The PCR written was as follows:

It was inserted in Schema VKAL (Copied from INAL) as shown below:

Wage type was created, and table V_T511 was maintained as shown below:

No of days to be encashed is maintained in PA30 > IT0015 > against the above wage type:

So, by this, when payroll is run, the value for Leave Encashment gets populated:

      Hi Bhagyashree,

      This scenario is fine for only payment part is concerned but the quota part will be remain same. You've to go for manual quota adjustment.user will definitely coming up with this scenario.

      Thanks Santosh for the suggestion. I will definately keep this in mind.
