You’ll notice a special addition to the SCN homepage today – a widget on the right rail displaying links to the Daily News from Influencers.

We invite you to click into it and try it out! You’ll be launched into a new magazine on SCN with links to current stories from SAP and around the Web on topics in focus in the community, and with videos, Twitter feeds, and a view on what’s trending.

With the SCN Daily, we’re hoping to add an absorbing new dimension to your SCN experience. Now you’ll be able at any time of your day to check out a fresh stream of stories here.  It reflects what’s hot, because the SCN Daily features content that influencers across the SAP ecosystem and the software industry at large are talking about right now on Twitter.

You can also see who those influencers are that are shaping the conversation. A ribbon displays top influencers, and offers a clickable interface that lets you find out more about them and the content they’re tweeting. (An earlier blog post describes this in more detail.)

However, be careful. You might, like us, find the SCN Daily addictive!

Please note: The SCN Daily is not fully supported on older versions of Internet Explorer (8.0 and below).

We look forward to your feedback, so let us know what you think!

    Hi jeffrey,

nice cool feature and I think I got infected 😆

I see one problem, with my firefox version 29.0.1 it is hard to click the link, maybe there is a bug there, see the screen here

      Hi Florian,

Thanks for the great feedback!  Thanks also for pointing out this technical issue – we’ll try to sort that out at the start of the week.

      Best,
