We've reached about halftime at SAPPHIRE NOW 2014 and I thought it would be a good timing to provide an update from our SAP Support presence in Orlando. I told you in one of my latest blog posts that the SAP ONE Support Center is Thrilled to Welcome You in Orlando. As of today we can say that our customers and partners are also thrilled about the latest SAP support innovations.
