iOS 8 Beta 1 & Afaria

Hi everybody,

I just wanted to give a heads up on my tests on iOS 8 and Afaria.

So far most features works very well, but I have found that Apple has changed the Exchange ID for the mail sync and so this currently breaks the ISAPI Filter (other MDM vendors solutions to the same problem also fails with this). I assume that Apple will provide a way for MDM to query the device for the Exchange ID so that the approved list can be correctly populated.

Previously iOS devices sent “APPL” and serial number, but now this is a series of digits and letters. My ID is: 6QKQ8OOV5H6RP78SVNR3PK81US
