In this update for SAP on IBM i we would like to inform you that SAP Solutions on IBM i are certified for IBM i 7.2 since Friday, May 30th 2014.
This certification is limited to SAP NetWeaver 7.x and SAP Business Suite solutions based on SAP NetWeaver 7.x that have been in Mainstream Maintenance or Extended Maintenance at the beginning of 2014 (see http://www.service.sap.com/pam and http://www.service.sap.com/maintenance for details). IBM i 7.2 has been announced by IBM late April 2014 and is generally available since May 2nd 2014. For details about this release we would like to point you to the recent posting in the IBM blog "You and i" (see You and i: Announcing IBM i 7.2).
