SAP Portal, mobile consumption, Fiori Launchpad and more @ ASUG and SAPPHIRE Annual Conference 2014

It’s that time of the year that we pack our staff and travel to Orlando, Florida to hear about new innovations coming from SAP, and learn from the implementation experiences of fellow ASUG members.

This year I would like to invite you to join me onsite and hear about the SAP Portal, the mobile edition and SAP Fiori Launchpad. If you are asking yourself – what’s new with the SAP Portal? How can I provide my end users a better user experience? How can I extend my implementation to Cloud deployment and mobile consumption? Below are the recommendations to my sessions:

ID Title Date / Time Room
1904 Recommendations for Leveraging SAP’s Latest User Experience Innovations via SAP Portal with SAPUI5, Theme Designer, SAP Fiori, and Fiori Launchpad Tuesday, 3PM S331D
2009 Extending and Consuming your SAP NetWeaver Portal on mobile devices – overview, use cases and benefits Wednesday, 4:15PM S331C
1911 Top five recommendations and lessons learned for mobile portal implementation projects Thursday, 1PM S331D

In addition, I would like to highly recommend you to join two additional sessions. First is the traditional SAP Portal Portfolio Roadmap (1901, Tuesday 10:30AM, S331D) that will be presented by Amir Blich – this is where you will get a consolidated view of SAP’s portal offering. Second is the ASUG Influence Council for SAP Portal (1910, Thursday 11AM, S331D) – a great opportunity to meet the council, learn about the council activities and influence the product (additional Portal sessions are listed in Vera Gutbrod‘s blog).

Finally, if you would like to schedule a 1/1 meeting, I am always happy to meet and do my best to support/advise. Comment below or drop me an e-mail (Aviad Rivlin) and I will get back to you.

Safe travel,
