New for 2014 – “How-To” Workshops in the all new SAP Services Lounge 

Hello to everyone following SAPPHIRE NOW www.sapandasug.com  in Orlando. I would like to take a couple of minutes to share with you the exciting new direction for the 2014 Services Lounge at SAPPHIRENOW.   We’ve moved out all of the 1:1 closed meeting rooms and have organized THE EXCLUSIVE PLACE on the show floor where Customers can learn in-depth about “HOW-TO” leverage SAP solutions like HANA, Cloud and Big Data to transform their Organization. 

In the Services Lounge this year experts will be tackling the question on how customers drive the best business outcomes from SAP.  SAP Services experts will be on-hand to discuss the “how-to” side of solution success including Cloud, Big Data, Custom Development, Education, Business Transformation and, User experience. Experts will be armed and ready with ways to create and deploy breakthrough technology and amplify ongoing operations, simply and effectively achieve quick ROI.

Customers will have the opportunity to not only to gain vision on how to transform their business, but also learn from peers who have achieved success, and participate in Design Thinking How-To Workshops geared to jumpstart how they can get to the Cloud and or succeed with HANA.  

Customer Participation in “How-To” Workshops

One of the key features in the Lounge this year will be a series of pre-scheduled collaborative 45 minute Design Thinking style workshops focused on Cloud and HANA.  These small group workshops will expose customers to the comprehensive transformation process and methods, that SAP Services provides, and may even be the starting point and feed actual solution roadmap workshops, post-conference.  

Tables for conversations, organized by Line of Service, are also positioned in the lounge for continuing dialogue after workshops or meeting with select  experts.
