The SAP Fiori MyTimesheet application uses the standard CATS Data Entry Profile Customizing under Go to SPRO transaction(IMG) -> Cross-Application Components -> Time Sheet -> Specific Settings for CATS regular -> CATS regular  -> Record Working Time -> Set Up Data Entry Profile.

The Data entry profile is broken into 9 parts and I have marked the valid options in Red:

    1. General Settings

The Release functionality is only valid for the version of MyTimesheet application which comes with the Fiori Launchpad.

The Data Entry Profile (DEP) is linked to a user via ‘user profile parameterCVR.

If CVR is not maintained for a user then the Default Data Entry Profile used is – ESS.

        Hi Sagar:

Can you please advise why this information is not part of Application Implementation documentation. I was trying to enable the Time Entry Application for ECC6 EHP7 SPS11(EA-HR 607 SP: 39) and I also hit the same error. So wondering why this information is not included in the standard App documentation?

        Thanks.

    Hi Sagar,

Is there any change to the options with My Time Sheet Version 2. We are looking for option with HR Enabled CATS to get the entries displayed.

    Appreciate your help and comments.

    Thanks

      Hi Sumanth and Hadi,

Please create a new Discussion marked as a Question.  Comments to a Blog (or Document) is not the right vehicle for asking questions as the results are not easily searchable.  Once your issue is solved, a Discussion with the solution (and marked with Correct Answer) makes the results visible to others experiencing a similar problem.  If a blog or document is related, put in a link.

NOTE: Getting the link is easy enough for both the author and Blog.  Simply MouseOver the item, Right Click, and select Copy Shortcut.  Paste it into your Discussion.  You can also click on the url after pasting.  Click on the A to expand the options and select T (on the right) to Auto-Title the url.

      Thanks, Mike (Moderator)
