The SAP Fiori MyTimesheet application uses the standard CATS Data Entry Profile Customizing under Go to SPRO transaction(IMG) -> Cross-Application Components -> Time Sheet -> Specific Settings for CATS regular -> CATS regular -> Record Working Time -> Set Up Data Entry Profile.
The Data entry profile is broken into 9 parts and I have marked the valid options in Red:

The Release functionality is only valid for the version of MyTimesheet application which comes with the Fiori Launchpad.

3. Person Selection
This section is not valid/used in Fiori MyTimesheet Application.
4. Approval
Everything under this section is valid/used.
5. Cost accounting variant
Everything under this section is valid/used.
6. Default values
Everything under this section is valid/used.
7. Worklist
Everything under this section is valid/used.
8. Data entry checks
Everything under this section is valid/used.
9. Time Recording Settings for Employee Self-Service (WDA)
This section is not valid/used in Fiori MyTimesheet Application.
The Data Entry Profile (DEP) is linked to a user via ‘user profile parameter’ CVR.
If CVR is not maintained for a user then the Default Data Entry Profile used is – ESS.
