Does this all seem impossible, or simply just too much given current economics and resource limitations?  It’s Not.  By leveraging the extendable simplified client solutions from the SAP Public Services and Healthcare (PS&H) industry group, these outcomes are not only achievable, they are already in place in countless SAP client engagements.  Learning from client success and experiences; Discovering what new SAP solutions have been developed; Learning about new utility that has been extended for standing SAP applications – That is what SAP provides each year at their annual showcase event – that event is SAPPHIRENOW, and it will be taking place June 3-5, 2014 in Orlando, Florida.

Each year SAP brings together clients, partners, solutions experts, executives, and staff to discuss key SAP developments, and how SAP continues to adapt to meet our client and partner needs.  The SAP strategy for success is Clients First, Partners Second, and SAP Third.  Client after client, and Partner after partner continually tell SAP that SAPPHIRENOW provides them with a level of understanding that would otherwise taken months to gain; and education is only part of the SAPPHIRENOW experience.  The connections that you can establish via the networking opportunities at the event become a significant advantage when implementing SAP Best Practices.

The Public Services and Healthcare Group is taking particular advantage of SAPPHIRENOW in 2014, to showcase new investments, strategy, and the commitment SAP has made by elevating PS&H status to a “Strategic Industry.”  Significant new industry solution investments have already been made in the public services sector, and considerably more are outlined in our integrated PS&H roadmap’s.  But, SAP client success stories in leveraging these investments speak for themselves.

The SAP Public Services and Health Care strategic industry group includes: Public Sector, Higher Education and Research, Defense & Security, and Healthcare, and is led by General Manager Mark White.
