#Cloud in 2020 Forum: Capitalize on Millennials and the “New Normal”

SAPPHIRENOW this year will be richly interspersed with great sessions but you shouldn´t miss our special forum Cloud in 2020: The Driving Force of Business Outcome at all which I am happy to sponsor in Orlando June 4th.

Cloud computing has become a driving force of unprecedented change across the IT and business landscape. Use this forum to learn what you can do today to prepare for tomorrow. Our Cloud experts will delve into all aspects of cloud and span business value across all deployment models and cloud areas. Get ready, building the foundation for 2020 begins today.

We are more than happy to have Ben Christensen and Amira Polack on the Agenda talking about how to Capitalize on Millennials and the “NEW NORMAL”.

There is no doubt, Millennials will change enterprises’ corporate cultures, their working patterns and will blow a fresh wind through organizations. Most people are aware that they will have significant influence on software user interfaces, service and workspace design. But it is much more. The next generation’s motivation and behavior is substantially different than the one of Generation X who has put its stamp on today´s corporate culture which is marked by working towards long term goals, well planned career paths and strong commitments to the employer.

Let´s jointly have a look into Millennial’s point of view – how they behave and how companies should be prepared for an emerging demographic trend of their workforce.

Amira and Ben, digital Natives, will share with the audience how they live, think, study and work in a highly dynamic, interconnected world.

And they will show us how cloud becomes an enabler to do it their way.

In detail they will share with us:

  • Their trust in the cloud and why how they blow productivity through the roof
  • The usage of the cloud as a natural extension of their mind
  • Cloud technologies & pervasive computing in general
  • The expectation of smarter cloud-touching experiences that should intrinsically invite us to think & work better
  • Their association with the things/technologies/people that continually inspire while they interact with them
  • Opportunities on the “shift” from technology dependency to information compatibility

What could be better than illustrating the NEW NORMAL by the NEW GENERATION arising in companies? To manage and attract Millennials you have to understand them, finally we are all in a war for talents.
