/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/hybrid_447843.pngUser groups had asked SAP to provide information on the integration possibilities between on-premise solutions such as SAP ERP with SAP’s public cloud solutions like SuccessFactors Talent Solutions, in a way that is easier to consume. This integration is referred to as “hybrid” scenarios.

We would like to assist customers who want to drive innovation and transition to the SAP Cloud powered by SAP HANA at their own pace while leveraging existing on-premise investments.

The new website bundles all the relevant information in a single access point for you to explore all hybrid integration scenarios at a glance. It describes the integration and answers the most important questions.

    Hi Andreas,

this is an excellent resource and leadership from SAP, unravelling the complexity between the OnPremise and Cloud products in the suite portfolio, thank you for sharing.

I just had a quick look, I drilled down into:

         Basic Employee Data Integration Scenario

for SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM)

              and SuccessFactors Talent Solutions

    In the section

         What are the Prerequisites?

    it says,

If you do not use any of the rapid-deployment solutions, you can start with SAP NetWeaver Process Integration 7.0 or higher. Refer to SAP Note 1838921.

OSS Note 1838921 doesn’t seem to have any contextual relation to the subject.

Please ask the Team to do a quality control of the information and the links.

Best regards and thank you for sharing,

    Andy.

      Hi Andy,

thanks for the hint. And I agree that there is no contectual relationship. I already asked the team to check this. We will correct it asap.

      Best regards

      Andreas
