The SAP Enterprise Support Academy team will be conducting usability tests on-site at SAP ASUG Annual Conference in Orlando (June 3-5, 2014).  Don’t miss out on the chance to test with us how you can easily access valuable SAP Enterprise Support services and knowledge, thus enabling you to keep your SAP systems running smoothly and successfully.

Description:

Your SAP software and SAP Solution Manager provides comprehensive supportability options, which help you to drive smooth end-to-end system operations. Learn how SAP Enterprise Support Academy provides convenient access (via web browser or mobile app) to relevant SAP Enterprise Support learning assets and services, which help you empower your people with the know-how required.

Roles:

Anyone tasked with the planning, implementation, upgrade, or operation of SAP solutions, including but not limited to roles such as Application Architect, Basis Administrator, Chief Information Officer, IT Architect, IT Manager, Project Manager, and Security Administrator.

Preview:

You will be testing and validating the SAP Enterprise Support Academy (via web browser or mobile app). We will be collecting your feedback regarding design, ease of use, and functionality. Testing covers existing live elements, as well as prototypes.


How to sign-up on-line:

  1. Go to http://usability.sap.com.
  2. Click on 2014 ASUG Annual Conference.
  3. Click the ‘Register here’ link on the left-hand side (in the Login section) and create an account.
  4. Log in to your account.
  5. Click on ‘Topic Catalog’ on the left-hand side.
  6. Under ‘Topics’, select “SAP Enterprise Support Academy”
  7. Find a convenient time slot and click ‘Sign Up’.
