For my friend Judson Wickham
For those who did not know, Judson Wickham passed away. Judson was a champion of cloud computing and a significant contributor to this community. He and I met when each of us were deploying ByDesign for our respective companies in 2008. We became friends and I grew to appreciate his strong wit and incredible intelligence.
He was so passionate about his passions. There were so many. He was a modern day renaissance man. He was an artist, musician, writer, philosopher, web designer, ERP pro, and cloud computing pioneer. He never hesitated to say what he was feeling or thinking, and its a brand of honesty that I will miss tremendously.
My heart goes out to his family. Today was his service. I was unable to attend, but I will sincerely miss him, his humor, and our conversations.
It’s a big loss for those who worked with him at SAP I’m sure.
It was my privilege to know Judson and to call him my friend.
My deepest condolences... 🙁
Oh man I don't know what to say. My first response was to feel just a huge loss, Judson had so much ahead of him. As you said Sina he was truly passionate about everything he invested him time in. He and I had our disagreements but I always appreciated his conviction. My thoughts are with his family.
Extremely sad and remember meeting Judson at Sapphire 2012 and was always impressed with his passion and conviction.
My condolences to his family.
Sina,
Thank you for writing this eulogy and my deepest condolences to Judson's family. We have never met but his personality shone through his postings on SCN. Lest him rest in peace.

What sad sad news. I remember meeting Judson and interacting with him a number of times. It's a real loss.
I am really sad to hear the news. Thanks Sina for putting this together. Judson surely deserved it.
I had the opportunity of meeting Judson on a few occasions and he was always a great guy. I interviewed him while a ByD customer, then kept in touch as ByD advocates and even worked together on ByDesign sales cycle. Always fun to interact with him.
He will be missed in the SAP community.
My deep condolences to his family

Sorry to hear. You have honored him well here.
Yes, that´s very sad news! I am extremely sorry for that loss. I knew him from his blog posts here in scn, especially about SAP Business ByDesign. His blog posts were always great. One could see that he was a cool and very engaged personality. He also helped me a lot with his great tutorials and was really kind to me when we had conversations about the future of cloud. My deep condolences to his family, too! May he rest in peace!!!
Best regards,
Rufat
