What’s Happening in SAP Product Support – April review and May events

Not sure if the Righteous Brothers had it right when they sang “Time goes by so slowly” in their classic Unchained Melody, because here we are again starting a new month.

As in my previous posts, I will be providing a recap of April and a look forward to some events and presentations that our SAP Product Support team are participating in May.  Always interested in hearing your feedback along the way!

Meet the Expert Sessions on the SAP Enterprise Support Academy

ISUG-Tech Conference

Paul Vero and Annette Kirkpatrick represented SAP Product Support at the ISUG conference.  Paul presented on Best Practices using SAP ASE Windows Drivers, Building an ODBC Utility Library with SAP ASE ODBC Driver, and the Use of SAP ASE ADO.NET BulkLoad capabilities.  Annette presented on Troubleshooting SAP Replication Server Environments. with a focus on assisting SAP Replication Server administrators in diagnosing problems in their replication environments.  Jeff Tallman posted a nice recap on the event in his blog It was good to be home again@ISUG.

ASUG Chapter Meetings

C.W. Beardsley presented at two ASUG Chapter meetings in the month of April: ASUG IL-Chicago and ASUG Midwest Central.  The focus of these presentations was on the new SAP Support Portal.  In these presentations, he showcased the new SAP Support Portal, providing attendees with insight into the benefits they will experience with the new design, layout, and navigation, a demo of the portal, as well as providing opportunities to get involved in future redesign activities.
