How Waters Corp is driving differentiation and growth through customer collaboration?

The blog further links to Waters Corporations webcast on their case study for Visualization.   They began to use it as part of the engineering and design initiative, but quickly saw value extending it to Service, Manufacturing and Marketing.   Waters was able to save millions of dollars using visualization to streamline their internal processes creating new forms of collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, after-sales service and ever marketing documentation.   They were also able to drive differentiation which helped to foster growth in the marketplace.
