DUMP while accessing Monitors

Hello!

Lately, some of you might be experiencing a DUMP while navigating through the NF-e and Event Monitors. If you are having this kind of issue, please review if you are using the old application NFE_MAIN_MONITOR. This is not supposed to be used anymore. The application that should be used is called NFE_MONITOR_NEW.

Just to clarify, NFE_MAIN_MONITOR has different tabs as you can see below

NFE_MONITOR_NEW doesn’t have any

You can check KBA 2009334 that has all the directions in order to solve this.

      Hi Tiago,

      As we discussed on last ASUG meeting in SP, can you please provide some guidance regarding configuration of NWBC as suggested on KBA2009334?
