Some incidents require a remote connection to the customer’s systems for an effective root-cause analysis. To benefit from our remote support you need to download the Netviewer software and maintain this connection type.
Netviewer provides application , file and screen sharing methods and enables remote troubleshooting via an internet connection. Data exchange is encrypted and sessions can be recorded for future playback.
After downloading the Netviewer client you have to maintain the Netviewer client you have to maintain the Netviewer (Full Access) connection type for your system to grant SAP access when needed.
