Have you seen the latest (2014 April-May-June) issue of SAP Insider magazine? The cover story is “How SAP is Reinventing the User Experience, “ an exclusive interview with Sam Yen, SAP’s Global Head of Design and User Experience.
In addition, there is an article on SAP Screen Personas. It starts with the cost of poor usability and discusses how design thinking and user-centered design can improve the user experience. The article then talks about SAP Screen Personas and provides a few example of how simpler screens allow people to get more done in less time.
