B2B Add-on SP2: EDI Attachment Parameter

In a previous blog, I already mentioned a lot of new features and enhancements being released with SP2 of the new B2B add-on. One of those new features is having the original EDI message within the Message Monitoring part of SAP PI or PO. Having the XML available is useful, but having the original EDI message format available too can be very convenient.

For that reason, I created a small blog to highlight the configuration and the result.

Configuration

SAP introduced a new module, localejbs/EdifactConverterModule, in the sender EDI separator adapter, getting the split EDI interchange.

Use module key edi.copy and do not forget to set the value to true.

Result

You can verify the result within the Message Monitoring
