About me
I have over 15 years experience in the manufacturing industry working with ERP, MRP and supply chain systems as part of the information technology department.
Most of my experience is with SAP and Sage ERP. I am currently working at a mid-sized manufacturing company supporting SAP (PP, MM, SD, PI, and BW) as a business systems analyst. My focus is on process and system improvement and enchantment, however I do work on the occasional functional issue.
My research areas of interest around SAP and ERP systems include:
Critical success factors for ERP implementations
Hadoop/Hanna no-Sql, and “Big Data”
Knowledge management
Text analytics
Some of my other IT interests are:
In-memory database cache
Economics of Technology
Quantum Computing
Smart Grid technology
I am planning on a blog series for my crazy idea of implementing the game of Yatzee in ABAP, not Java but pure plain-text ABAP.
