Text Data Processing with Lumira to Analyze ASUG Annual Conference

First I went to the Agenda Builder at the conference site.  I filtered out for certain tracks.

I downloaded the selections to a spreadsheet.  I saved the descriptions column to turn unstructured data to structured using Data Services Text Data Processing.  Because I don’t remember how to do the exact steps, I go to the BODS15 course in the Learning Hub at https://training.sap.com/ca/en/search?query=bods15

I turn it into an entity transform and analyze organization and product entity types.

Then I go to Lumira and use the output from Data Services to analyze.

The above shows the word / tag cloud from Lumira to analyze the organizations presenting.  It is no surprise that SAP is the main organization presenting at ASUG Annual Conference but there is also Animal Health, Marathon Petroleum, Mondelez International (former Kraft), Adobe, Schwan’s and more.
