Service Management – Basic Settings – General Data – Define ABC Indicators

Today’s piece of configuration is the ABC Indicators within service master data, namely the equipment and functional locations.  This is another very simple piece of configuration.  This is primarily a reporting grouping.  There is no real functionality behind this data, but it does give you one more way to slice and dice your master data.

Here is where you find the configuration location in SPRO.

From here, you just define the description for the already existing indicators, or even add your own.  Simple as that.
