A number of companies have been enquiring about the SAP Cloud for Sales solution and I though that I should point out this testimonial video by 3M when the product was called SAP Sales on Demand. John Kieffer Business Transformation Director at 3M talks for about  2 1/2 min in this video.

He outlines the reasons for choosing the solution including:

  1. Integration of multiple systems
  2. The connectivity with SAP ECC and on-premise SAP CRM
  3. The hybrid capabilities of connecting on-premise and cloud solutions.

He then talks about how the sales force accepted the solution, and are finding enhanced productivity with increased capabilities for  collaboration between departments to resolve customer problems.
