Phase 1 of the next generation SAP Support Portal has now launched (read the announcement in SCN) and you can access it at http://support.sap.com/. See also the tutorial and “getting started” information on the home page.

SAP Enterprise Support Academy is among the first programs to leverage the simplified, clean, customers-centric, and easy-to-use interface.

Here are some of the highlights you can expect in this phase 1 delivery:

  • More intuitive navigation
  • Better search results
  • Unique URL for every page making bookmarking easier
  • No logon required for most pages (S-user required for catalogue and consumption of offerings)
