Simplified Access to SAP Enterprise Support Academy on the New SAP Support Portal

Through close collaboration with customers in interviews, usability studies, and online collaboration activities, SAP has defined and designed a new SAP Support Portal focused on your needs. Phase 1 of the next generation SAP Support Portal has now launched (read the announcement in SCN) and you can access it at http://support.sap.com/. See also the tutorial and “getting started” information on the home page.

SAP Enterprise Support Academy is among the first programs to leverage the simplified, clean, customers-centric, and easy-to-use interface.

Here are some of the highlights you can expect in this phase 1 delivery:

  • More intuitive navigation
  • Better search results
  • Unique URL for every page making bookmarking easier
  • No logon required for most pages (S-user required for catalogue and consumption of offerings)
  • Find SAP Enterprise Support Academy on Google
