Lately, I've seen quite a few incidents where, after a system or liveCache upgrade, dump

Short Dump DBIF_DSQL2_SQL_ERROR
Database Error Text "POS(1) Work rolled back: tExcept 30730 in APS_ORDER_CHAN"

is raised in the following scenarios:

1) During SNP 2 PPDS order conversion

2) When running the Product Heuristic

3) When manually deleting Planned Orders and Production Orders in PP/DS transactions

In most cases, this is due to program error in the liveCache build. While liveCache upgrade is not always possible in the short term, there is a workaround that can be used:

Execute in transaction SE38 the report SLCA_EMERGENCY_SWITCH and switch off the indicator "Verify that all input table records have been read"

Once the liveCache build is updated (to a build in which the program error has already been solved), the indicator can be switched on again.
