Digital channels for interaction with end-consumers like web and mobile are becoming more and more important in today’s world, especially with increasing use of smart phones and tablets.  In that context, the SAP Multichannel Foundation for Utilities is enabling utility companies to provide real-time, unified customer engagement through customer-preferred channels, and enables them to build attractive new Web/mobile self-service applications for end-consumers.

Do not miss to meet SAP experts at the SAP for Utilities conference in Mannheim next week

  • Register for the pre-conference workshop on Tuesday 8 April (9:00 – 17:00) to learn more about the SAP Multichannel Foundation for Utilities. Speakers will be Olga Esipova (Development architect, SAP Labs Canada) and Michael Ernzerhoff (Product management for Utilities, SAP AG)
  • Visit the showcase center session on Wednesday 9 April (13:00 – 13:30) hosted by Mohammed Wasim Arafat (Product management for utilities, SAP AG) to see SAP and partner consumer self-services web and mobile apps for Utilities.
  • Listen to the Customer Experience track presentation A5: Multichannel Customer Engagement for Utilities from SAP on Thursday 10 April (13:00 – 13:30) presented by Mohammed Wasim Arafat (Product management for Utilities, SAP AG) and Asif Dogar (SAP Labs Canada) to learn more about SAP’s Multichannel Customer Engagement strategy and products for the utilities industry.
