For the Guided Structure Synchronization (GSS) - Synchronization between Engineering BOM to Manufacturing BOM, you can use the program "/PLMI/R_GSS_B2B_LINK".
While synchronizing you can use following combinations also as needed.
1. Engineering BOM (Source) to general Manufacturing BOM (Target)
2. General Manufacturing BOM (Source) to Plant Specific Manufacturing BOM (Target)
3. General Manufacturing BOM (Source) to Plant Specific Sales BOM (Target)
You should have created the Owning Context, got it activated, updated necessary database tables while running report "/PLMB/R_AUTH_UPDATE_RT_FROM_CP" and provided following roles assigning required user entity.
- SAP_PLMWUI_ACC_ADMINISTRATOR
- SAP_PLMWUI_DEMO_ADMINISTRATOR2
You need to implement SAP notes 1583785 and 1974856
Above program if run with mass upload (Excel input) can save time and create mass sync units in single go. The sync units then can be "Aligned" by going to each sync units when needed.
