SAP HCM and SuccessFactors – A simple story to help demystify intergation

A lot of our customers have SAP Human Capital Management implemented on premise, and are looking at our based solution SuccessFactors (http://www.successfactors.com/en_us.html). Just about every company then asks about integration between the two products, which application to start with in Success Factors.
